You’re welcome to begin your recommended routine prior to your initial appointment, or wait until it is prescribed in-clinic. While not mandatory, preparing the skin in advance can support procedural optimisation and ensure the skin is in a balanced state prior to treatment.

For procedures involving downtime — such as Six Star Peel or Laser Resurfacing — prescribed aftercare products are essential and must be followed as directed.

Prior to your appointment, please discontinue the use of benzoyl peroxide, topical antibiotics, and tretinoin unless otherwise advised.

We value your time and prioritise clear communication about your skin journey and procedure plan. Our "Choose on the Day Appointment" includes a 15-30 minute consultation to determine the best procedure and skincare products for you, followed by the procedure – all in one visit. Your deposit is applied towards your procedure and skincare purchase.

Appointment frequency depends on your skin's unique needs. Our team will create a personalised procedure plan with recommended follow-up visits. At the start of your skin journey most procedures benefit from a series of 5 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart, to optimise results. Once your skin reaches its peak, regular skincare and quarterly or bi-annual touch-up treatments will help maintain your desired outcome.

Skin is part of the body’s integumentary system, and naturally renews itself through cell turnover every 4–6 weeks. This means resurfacing is never permanent and requires ongoing maintenance. For best results, we recommend regular professional facials, package programs, and supporting your results at home with tailored skincare and facial kits.
