Refund policy

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our skincare Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you. Chebo clinic reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. misused a product in any way that caused the problem. knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product. asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A full refund is available for single appointments cancelled at least a week in advance due to travel, illness, or injury, provided payment was made in full at booking. This excludes deposit-only bookings, skin scans, same-day appointments, and packages or programs. Up to two appointment changes are permitted a week prior to the appointment; on the third, the reservation fee is forfeited. All appointments must be moved through the button on your confirmation email. All reservation fees/deposits are non-refundable. Individual skin responses can vary, and we cannot guarantee that every skincare product will be compatible with every individual. If you experience sensitivity, irritation, or believe a product is not suitable for your skin, please discontinue use. Refunds are not provided on the basis of individual skin compatibility. However, at Chebo Clinic, we genuinely want you to feel confident and satisfied with your skincare, and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you. Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange for an alternative product that may be better suited to you, subject to our exchange policy and assessment. If you experience persistent or significant symptoms, or have any medical concerns regarding a reaction or your skin, please discontinue use and seek advice from an appropriately qualified medical practitioner. Chebo Clinic does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice in relation to skincare reactions.

Health & Safety
Clients with flu-like symptoms or illness must wait three weeks before their next procedure to support safe healing.

Programs
All programs are non-refundable, whether purchased online or in-store. All no shows will be suspended from booking. Chebo Clinic programs are not available for purchase until after a client has completed their third session with us. This policy allows both you and our team sufficient time to establish that our clinic, procedures, approach and ongoing care are suitable for you, and most importantly, that you are comfortable and satisfied with the services you have received before making a longer-term commitment. We believe programs should only be considered once you have had the opportunity to experience Chebo Clinic firsthand and make an informed decision about continuing your cosmetic journey with us. Program eligibility remains subject to suitability and may be determined at Chebo Clinic’s discretion.

Chebo Clinic makes no claims to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition. Our procedures are designed to resurface and condition the skin, supporting a healthier look and feel. We focus on improving the appearance of the skin rather than delivering medical outcomes, and we make no guarantees regarding individual results.

Skin health is also a reflection of factors beyond our control, including diet, hormones, supplementation, lifestyle, and genetics. Results will therefore vary according to each individual’s unique circumstances. While our team’s expertise and methods remain consistent in delivering exceptional care, the final outcome depends significantly on the client’s biology, daily habits, and long-term commitment to a tailored skincare regimen.
