*There is no child minding facilities available.
*You MUST arrange for your children to be minded prior to your appointment.
*Please bring along to your appointment Photo Identification to verify the correct candidate is receiving treatment.
*Please turn off your mobile phones before you enter the treatment room.
*Mobile phone usage is not permitted in the treatment room unless in the event of taking a promotional selfie that tags Chebo Clinic on instagram/snapchat/facebook/tiktok.
*Be prepared to purchase your aftercare products on the day for Downtime procedures only of your procedure, if you do not use your Chebo Clinic aftercare you will not receive an effective treatment.
*Only one person is permitted per treatment room due to safety hazards.
*Please let the reception know or put in your booking notes any relevant medical or skin related conditions you have prior to your appointment or when you arrive.
*To reschedule your appointment please refer to your confirmation email.

Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in a formal review of a client’s profile with chebo clinic.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event a client cannot make an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances that involves arrangements with only airline transportation, the client is entitled to a full refund if full payment is made prior given the cancellation is made 48hrs prior to their appointment and relevant documentation is provided. This is non applicable towards prepaid bundles and must be credited or rescheduled to another day if the appointment is apart of a package. A $99 administration fee will be deducted upon this circumstance of refund, this is the cost of the client's deposit. If no relevant documentation is provided nor is the appointment cancelled 48hrs prior to their original appointment, nor is the circumstance relating to airline transportation, the full cost of the treatment is forfeited. All deposits for appointments are non-refundable. a client may only reschedule an appointment a maximum of two times. after the two times the appointment is automatically cancelled and deposit is forfeited.in the event a client does not agree to chebo clinic’s terms and conditions, their deposit for a given appointment will be forfeited and client privileges of booking an appointment will be revoked. If a client has purchased a treatment online or in the premises of Chebo Clinic and they have not attended their appointment, or cannot make the appointment, they must reschedule or exchange for the value of the treatment for products. There are no refunds for change of mind for both treatments and products, in the event a client changes their mind they can credit the cost of their original treatment to a different treatment or product/s where treatment and or product has not been used. there are no returns or exchanges on product due to contamination and health standards.
Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our skincare Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you. Chebo clinic reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. misused a product in any way that caused the problem. knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product. asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us through our enquiry form to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at through our enquiry form to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

chebo clinic is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.
Chebo clinic accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email once you place an order. It is your responsibility to track the item via email links where tracking is provided. We urge customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order. If the wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address.

I have voluntarily elected to undergo any treatments/procedures with Chebo Clinic after I have researched the nature and purpose of the treatment, along with the risks and hazards involved.I have been informed of possible benefits, risks, and complications. I recognise there are no guaranteed results and that independent results are dependent upon age, skin condition, and lifestyle and I may require further treatments of the treated areas to obtain the expected results at an additional cost.I have read and done all research on the treatment I have chosen and understand whether I am a suitable candidate for the procedure. For specific procedures (such as procedures that include Vitamin A) I have answered it’s specific Suitability quiz and will not book if I am not a suitable candidate. If I book for this treatment and I am not a suitable candidate and or have answered incorrectly to the quiz it is not the responsibility of Chebo Clinic if I suffer any damages or adverse reactions to my skin. In the event I don’t follow my after care instructions I understand I will not receive an effective treatment and accept my negligence is entirely my fault. I have read and understand the post-treatment home care instructions. I will diligently follow all instructions given to me for post-treatment care and skincare. In the event that I may have additional questions or concerns regarding my treatment or products or post-treatment care, I will consult Chebo Clinic immediately within 72 hours of having the treatment performed and or purchasing product. If I do not consult Chebo Clinic within 72 hours of having the treatment performed and or purchasing the products my concerns are invalid. If I happen to be unsatisfied with my experience at Chebo Clinic I shall find another clinic. I hereby release and discharge the released parties from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action that may hereafter have for injuries and damages in the premises of Chebo Clinic. I further agree that I will not sue or make claim against the chebo clinic for damages or other losses sustained as a result of receiving treatment/purchasing product or simply being in the premises. I hereby expressly recognise that this agreement and release of liability is a contract pursuant to which I have released any and all claims against the released parties resulting from my voluntary procedure or presence at Chebo Clinic any claims cause by negligence of released parties. I agree to waive any and all claims that I now have or may have in the future against Chebo Clinic which relate to or are incidental to any transaction. I also understand and agree with Chebo Clinic’s cancellation, refund and exchange policy.I consent to my photo being taken for internal use at Chebo Clinic. To demonstrate to myself the client, my progress and difference in my skin. all photos taken will be kept private unless permission is given by the client that they may be used for promotional purposes on all forms of social media, web pages including but not limited to news articles, telecommunications and more. By purchasing any procedure/product from chebo clinic online or in the premises from Chebo Clinic I agree to my photo being taken and used for internal, and if applicable and permission is given external and promotional purposes. I understand it is crucial to not undergo any laser or skin procedures elsewhere for minimum 4 weeks post procedure. In the event that I undergo any laser or skin procedures elsewhere I accept this is negligent aftercare and any adverse reaction is entirely my fault.I have also, to the best of my knowledge, given an accurate account of my medical history, including all known allergies or prescription drugs or products I am currently ingesting or using topically. I have read and fully understand this agreement and all information detailed above. I understand the procedure and accept the risks. All of my questions have been answered to my satisfaction and I consent to the terms of this agreement. I do not hold Chebo Clinic responsible for any adversary effects of a treatment performed and or product purchased. I do not hold Chebo Clinic responsible for any of my conditions that were present, but not disclosed at the time of a skin procedure, which may be affected by the treatment performed or products purchased at any time.By purchasing any treatment on chebo clinic’s website I agree to all these terms and conditions.
I understand it is imperative that I attend regular scheduled appointments when it is recommended. I understand I cannot have treatments too close together (1.5 weeks) and must opt for a different treatment to maintain my skin if I want a treatment sooner than recommended. I understand everyone’s skin is unique and reacts differently to the same dermal procedure due to different environmental and physiological factors, therefore I cannot expect identical results to someone of a different age, skin type, lifestyle and pre existing conditions to me.I understand the procedure and accept the risks. I will diligently follow all instructions given to me for post-treatment care and skincare. If I negligently don’t follow my after care instructions I understand I will not receive an effective treatment and accept my negligence is entirely my fault. In the event that I may have additional questions or concerns regarding my treatment or suggested home product/post-treatment care, I will consult Chebo Clinic immediately within seven days of the treatment/purchasing product.I understand it is crucial to not undergo any laser or skin procedures elsewhere for minimum 4 weeks post procedure. In the event that I undergo any laser or skin procedures elsewhere I accept this is negligent aftercare and any adverse reaction is entirely my fault.I have voluntarily elected to undergo any treatments/procedures with Chebo Clinic after the nature and purpose of the treatment have been known to me, along with the risks and hazards involved.WHAT CHEBO CLINIC DOES NOT TREAT. Chebo Clinic does not treat Melasma (hormonal pigmentation) .Chebo Clinic not treat individuals with unrealistic standards of beauty. Chebo Clinic not treat individuals who believe in perfect skin after just one treatment regardless of their skin type.Chebo Clinic not treat individuals who do not follow precare and postcare for procedures. Chebo Clinic not treat individuals who cannot fathom treating the inside of their body first before the outside. Chebo Clinic has the right to refuse service and sales.
