Use of and browsing in the Sites are at your own risk.

Chebo Clinic reserves the right to refuse any service or sale at our discretion if we believe it compromises safety, ethics, or client wellbeing. All decisions are made in alignment with our duty of care and professional standards.

For security and client protection, Chebo Clinic does not accept in-store deposits for new clients; all first-time appointments must be secured online. Walk-ins are not permitted without prior online arrangements, with the sole exception of purchasing skincare. Once you’re an existing client, you’re welcome to manage and book all future appointments through our online system.

If a client is unable to attend an appointment due to travel, illness, or injury beyond their control, they are eligible for a full refund for a single booked session, provided that:

• Full payment was made in advance, and

• Cancellation occurs at least 96 hours prior to the appointment.

This policy does not apply to appointments secured only with a deposit, choose-on-the-day sessions, skin scans, or appointments that form part of a package or program.

Clients who have paid a deposit may redeem the value as skincare credit, available for in-store or online use, if they are unable to attend. A maximum of two appointment changes are permitted; upon the third change, the deposit automatically converts to skincare credit.

For health and safety reasons, clients who declare positive for flu or any illness must wait a minimum of three weeks before their next procedure. This precaution ensures optimal recovery and maintains a safe environment for all clients and staff.

Please note that all deposits and program purchases are non-refundable, including those made online or in-store for future bookings.

Chebo Clinic makes no claims to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition. Our procedures are designed to resurface and condition the skin, supporting a healthier look and feel. We focus on improving the appearance of the skin rather than delivering medical outcomes, and we make no guarantees regarding individual results.

Skin health is also a reflection of factors beyond our control, including diet, hormones, supplementation, lifestyle, and genetics. Results will therefore vary according to each individual’s unique circumstances. While our team’s expertise and methods remain consistent in delivering exceptional care, the final outcome depends significantly on the client’s biology, daily habits, and long-term commitment to a tailored skincare regimen.

Unless specified otherwise, and except in relation to any Non-excludable Condition (as defined below), neither Chebo Clinic nor any party representing or otherwise affiliated with Chebo Clinic in creating or presenting the Sites make any warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the Sites or any site(s) linked to the Sites. Any claims made on the Sites relate solely to the products or services sold or provided by Chebo Clinic. Neither Chebo Clinic nor any of its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of: (a) the ability (or inability) to access the Sites, (b) the use (or inability to use) any content of the Sites, (c) or the content of any site(s) linked to the Sites. In addition, Chebo Clinic does not warrant that the Sites or the server(s) that make the Sites available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You (and not Chebo Clinic) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.Legislation, including the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), may imply certain warranties and conditions in respect of your use of the Sites, where the exclusion of such conditions or warranties from an agreement would contravene a statute or cause part or all of the agreement to be void (“Non-excludable Condition”). Nothing in these Terms excludes any Non-excludable Condition.Information that you submit to Chebo Clinic by email in order to register or sign up, to submit appropriate questions to the Sites, and/or to purchase products, as applicable, are subject to our privacy policy. All unsolicited reviews, comments or other submissions, including ideas, concepts, techniques, know-how and the like, shall not be treated as confidential by Chebo Clinic. You grant to Chebo Clinic an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use and exploit all intellectual property rights (including without limitation, copyright) in any communication or material you post or transmit to the Sites over the Internet (“your material”). With respect to moral rights as defined in Part IX of the Copyright Act 1968, you consent to Chebo Clinic doing (or omitting to do) all acts in respect of your material that may otherwise constitute an infringement of your moral rights in your material. For the avoidance of doubt, Chebo Clinic or any of its affiliates may use your material for any purpose, including reproduction, transmission, publication, broadcast, communication to the public and posting. Chebo Clinic does not need to provide any compensation to you or any other person for any use of your material. In the event any information about a product is incorrect (e.g. size, price etc), chebo clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that incorrectly described item. In the event of such a refusal or cancellation of an order and your chosen payment method has been charged, chebo clinic shall issue a credit to that chosen payment method in the amount of the cancelled order. 

Price Information: When applicable, prices which are displayed on the Chebo Clinic website are shown in Australian Dollars and include all taxes. Prices are provided for informational purposes only and have no contractual value. These prices correspond to the ones which are established by Chebo Clinic in its stores in Australia and are likely to change without notice. Accuracy of Information. Chebo Clinic takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information included in the Sites. However, Chebo Clinic takes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the Sites and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information provided on the Sites. Information provided on the Sites is subject to change at any time without prior notice. You agree, to the extent permitted by law, that Chebo Clinic shall not be liable to you for any delay or other damages that might result from the modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Sites. JurisdictionAny dispute over the content or use of the Sites shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia and the user of the Site submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in the State of New South Wales, Australia. 

Miscellaneous: You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with our privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Chebo Clinic with respect to the use of the Sites.Chebo Clinic may change these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Sites. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. The continued use of the Sites constitutes your agreement to any revised Terms and your use of the Sites will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.The Sites are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not intended to provide any medical information or advice about the skin or otherwise.

I have voluntarily elected to undergo procedures at Chebo Clinic after researching the nature and purpose of the procedure online or as explained in-store, including the associated risks and considerations. I acknowledge that I have been informed of the potential benefits, risks, and possible complications. I understand that results are not guaranteed and that outcomes vary based on age, skin condition, lifestyle, and individual biological factors. I accept that further procedures or skincare may be required to achieve or maintain my desired outcome and that these may incur additional costs.

I acknowledge that if I do not follow the prescribed aftercare instructions, my results may be compromised. I accept full responsibility for any negligence on my part. I have read, understood, and agree to follow all post-care and skincare instructions provided to me.

I understand that providing misleading, incomplete, or false information in order to receive a procedure or product may result in adverse effects and may lead to termination of services at Chebo Clinic. I recognise that every individual’s skin responds differently to the same procedure due to environmental, physiological, and lifestyle factors. I understand I cannot expect identical results to individuals of different ages, skin types, lifestyles, or pre-existing conditions. I confirm that I understand and agree to Chebo Clinic’s cancellation, refund, and exchange policies.

I consent to photographs being taken for internal clinical use to document and demonstrate my progress.

I understand that it is essential to avoid undergoing any other skin procedures elsewhere for a minimum of 4 weeks following my appointment. If I choose to undergo any skin procedure elsewhere within this timeframe, I accept that this constitutes negligent aftercare and that any adverse reaction resulting from this is entirely my responsibility.

I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I have accurately disclosed my complete medical history, including all allergies, medications, and products I am currently using. I have read and fully understand this agreement and the information outlined above. My questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I consent to proceed and accept all associated risks. I do not hold Chebo Clinic responsible for any conditions, information, or circumstances that were present but not disclosed by me at the time of my procedure, which may affect the outcome or safety of any procedure or product at any time.
