Refund policy

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our skincare Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you. Chebo clinic reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. misused a product in any way that caused the problem. knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product. asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

If a client cannot attend an appointment due to travel, illness, or injury beyond their control, they are entitled to a full refund for a singular booked appointment, provided full payment was made in advance and cancellation occurs at least 96 hours before the appointment. This does not apply to any appointment where only a deposit is paid, skin scan, choose in the day or is part of a package/program.

Clients may redeem their deposit for skincare in-store or as online credit if they are unable to attend. A maximum of two changes are allowed before an appointment; on the third change, the deposit converts to skincare credit.

For health reasons, if a client declares positive for flus/sicknesses, a minimum wait of three weeks is required before their next procedure. This policy ensures optimal healing and safety for all.

Please note, all deposits and programs are non-refundable, including online and in-store booked programs and deposits for future appointments.

Chebo Clinic makes no claims to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition. Our procedures are designed to resurface and condition the skin, supporting a healthier look and feel. We focus on improving the appearance of the skin rather than delivering medical outcomes, and we make no guarantees regarding individual results.

Skin health is also a reflection of factors beyond our control, including diet, hormones, supplementation, lifestyle, and genetics. Results will therefore vary according to each individual’s unique circumstances. While our team’s expertise and methods remain consistent in delivering exceptional care, the final outcome depends significantly on the client’s biology, daily habits, and long-term commitment to a tailored skincare regimen.

At Chebo Clinic, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and care. Please note that refunds are not provided unless the time, the professional solution used, and the actual procedure itself can be reasonably returned.

All concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing to info@cheboclinic.com within 14 days of your procedure. This allows our team to investigate and support you promptly.

Complaints raised after products have already been fully used, or once you are due for your next scheduled procedure, fall outside our refund and returns policy. Skin care products are designed to be consumed within their intended timeframe, and procedures work best as part of a consistent program.
